Although we do our best to provide sufficient self-help and user friendly information sevices, we realize that occasionally a little help is needed to answer some simple questions and explain any content that’s not understood.
Effective April 4, 2016, any request requiring us to provide personalized vehicle details and assistance with your particular towing situation will be required to provide additional information at our discretion. Additionally, a $120.00 non-refundable prepaid consultation fee will be charged and a release of liability is required.
Please provide your comment or your question that was not answered in the FAQ and as much detailed information as you can provide. Incomplete information may delay your answer. Upon receipt and evaluation, we’ll notify you if your request requires the consultation fee. Be sure to include a correct email address.
